By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Accounts belonging to users under 18 will be terminated.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you should notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, including through fake photos or profile information
• Post or share illegal, obscene, or otherwise harmful content
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation, spam, or unrelated advertising
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service's security features

Violations of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account.

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers (currently Ember, Spark, and Flame), each with different features. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed except where required by law. Pricing, tiers, and billing terms may change over time, and we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, such as photos and profile information, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service. All other content, branding, and technology associated with the Service is owned by Scintiflama or its licensors.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in behavior that harms other users or the Service, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Compatibility results, match scores, and any astrological or methodology-based insights provided through the Service are intended for entertainment and self-reflection purposes and as general relationship guidance. They are not guarantees of romantic, personal, or relationship outcomes, and we make no warranty as to their accuracy or predictive value.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scintiflama and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages related to interactions with other users met through the Service.

If a dispute arises between you and us, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in accordance with the governing law and venue specified in a future, finalized version of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date above or through other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
